Raiders game washed again

For the third Tuesday night in a row, the Legion Raiders were unable to play a scheduled baseball game at Ice Field because of wet grounds. Overnight rain forced the Raiders’ game against the Topeka Golden Giants to be called off.
The Raiders aren’t scheduled again until next Tuesday, but coach Wilson Kilmer said he was trying to add a make-up game on Thursday, either at Ice Field or in Topeka.
