ARIES (March 21-April 19). You’ll come to some excellent and true conclusions when you take your sweet time in arriving at them. This week be curious, very curious about your surroundings. Others are comfortable with your unassuming, unobtrusive observation and will, therefore, feel safe enough to reveal what is helpful for you to know.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). This is a week when thinking too much will be counterproductive. Rational, logical ideas block the magic. Also, your body has knowledge that it keeps from your mind. You can unlock this knowledge through movement. Pretend you know what to do, and you just might find that you really do know.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Your ancestors made it possible for you to be where you are now. Many of them didn’t live to see their dreams come true, but if they could see you now, they would celebrate — toast your freedoms, your rich variety of choices and the power you have over your own destiny. Go ahead and celebrate along with them.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). You will live up to what is expected of you. That’s why a certain demanding person in your realm has an interesting influence over you. You’ll snap to action even when you don’t feel like it, and actually be glad for it when the task is done. So, that’s why people enlist tough life coaches or sign up for boot camp!

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). From certain angles, the simplest arrangement can look like a knotty mess. Coax yourself into a generous, positive mindset. Then come back to the “problem.” You’ll find one of three things: 1) The situation is tolerable. 2) The situation is actually beneficial to you. 3) The issue can be solved with a simple solution.

THIS WEEK’S BIRTHDAYS: This year you will be acknowledged for your truly original and creative mind. You perceive the real world differently from others and they will be fascinated when you describe your point of view. Your talents get a showcase in August. Love bonds are formed in September. You will earn money by both learning and teaching in October. January begins a high-spirited period and you will venture into exciting new territory. Travel will be lucky. February and June bring a windfall.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22). A mixture of passion and confidence will sustain you this week. You must act in your own interest or you’ll get lost in the ruckus. Reach for what you want. A driving analogy applies: Don’t coast with your blinker on, waiting for the other cars to give you room. Start to merge and they’ll move to make room for you.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23). You have a reputation for subtlety — you call it good taste. Usually others are intelligent enough to get your point, and if not, you’re content that the point isn’t meant to be “gotten” by them. There will be occasions this week where it pays to be obvious. Put aside your concerns and turn up the volume.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21). There’s at least one game you keep playing, even though you know the odds are not in your favor. Go on and enjoy it, and don’t listen to the person who thinks you’re being silly. Your optimism may be unwarranted but so is the other guy’s pessimism. Anyway, the odds get better because you believe you can win.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Don’t try to do it all by yourself. You’ll make a mess of things and deprive others of a much-needed opportunity to help you. Delegate and you’ll get several things done at once. By including others in your work, you’ll enrich them and expose them to experiences that only you can provide.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). One reason you retreat to fantasyland once in a while is because you realize how effective a timely escape can be. So much can change after a day in fantasyland. Whatever the problem, the best remedy is to ignore it. Lock it out in the cold and go watch a movie. An inspired fix will come by Saturday.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). A close relationship is out of whack. It’s not just that you’re putting in more effort than the other person, it’s that the other person is barely doing anything at all to contribute to the bond. Leave the scene for a while to take care of yourself. The space allows the other person to feel your absence and gives you a break.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). You will make a sizeable and important sale, even if you are not, technically, working in the field of sales. You will fall in love with what you’re offering — this could be a product, service or simply your own talents — and the friendly way you share them with others. You’re enthusiasm will attract many “buyers.”
