The city has reduced Stratford Road to one lane near the Kansas University campus because of a water leak.

Jeanette Klamm, programs manager of the utilities department, said a crew made repairs Thursday morning to the street after a small leak formed in a pipe that had corroded. Water was trickling down the street.

A portion of the eastbound lane of Stratford Road between West Hills Parkway and West Campus Road will be blocked off until Friday morning, Klamm said.
