Gov. reappoints Moffet to KCC

Topeka Gov. Mark Parkinson has reappointed Michael Moffet to the Kansas Corporation Commission, which regulates utilities.
Moffet, of Lawrence, was first appointed in 2004 to the three-member KCC by Gov. Kathleen Sebelius.
Prior to serving on the KCC, Moffet had been a consultant for SBC Communications Inc.
