Topeka — Gov. Mark Parkinson has reappointed Michael Moffet to the Kansas Corporation Commission, which regulates utilities.
Moffet, of Lawrence, was first appointed in 2004 to the three-member KCC by Gov. Kathleen Sebelius.
Prior to serving on the KCC, Moffet had been a consultant for SBC Communications Inc.
