Resident to serve on association’s board
The Manufacturers’ Agents National Association elected David R. Ice to a two-year term as board chairman at its May 31 meeting in Henderson, Nev.
Ice, a certified professional manufacturers representative and president of Ice & Associates Inc., in Lawrence, joined the association as a manufacturer in 1992 and became an independent representative in 2000. He was a founding member of the association’s Kansas City chapter in 2001 and was elected as District 6 director in 2006. Ice has been a member of the finance and strategic planning committees as well as the executive committee.
The association is made up of 4,100 manufacturers and manufacturers’ representatives in the United States and Canada.
