It's not the brightest idea to leave your GPS unit visible for all to see when you're parked on a dark street. And who the hell steals penicillin?

"And who the hell steals penicillin?"
Hmm, perhaps someone with an STD?

You reveal it, they will steal it. Maybe not very catchy, but good to remember.

Who leaves penicillin in a car? Especially if it was a liquid suspension, which needs to be refrigerated.
As for who would steal it-- let's see... he's an ignorant thug, to start with, who would rather steal what others work for than work himself... He's just busted the windshield of a vehicle... My guess is that he scooped up everything he could grab, including GPS, clothing, and any Rx bottles, and fled the scene before bothering to find out what was in the drug containers. Maybe he was hoping it would be a narcotic.
Probably waited until he felt safely out of sight before taking the time to read the label on the bottle. Who knows? Upon learning what it was (and, most importantly, that he couldn't get high with it), he may have just tossed it away.
Reminds me of when my best friend's parents' house was broken into, decades ago. The police surmised that the thief or thieves were likely teens--and maybe knew no one would be home because they were acquainted with my friend or her older sister.
At any rate, all they took was some food out of the kitchen, a few random odds & ends, and Mrs. A's hormone supplement! We always laughed about that, wondering if they couldn't figure out what the Rx was, but took it anyway. We were on the lookout for teenage boys becoming more in touch with their feminine side.
