St. Louis ? New St. Louis Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo hired three coaches for his staff Monday, including Dick Curl as his assistant head coach/quarterbacks coach.

Spagnuolo also hired Paul Ferraro as a defensive assistant and Frank Leonard as an offensive assistant.

Curl comes to St. Louis from Kansas City, where he served three seasons as assistant head coach and quarterbacks coach under Herm Edwards.

Leonard spent the past two seasons coaching tight ends at Kansas State.
