HIGHLAND ? Seabury Academy qualified for a Class 1A boys basketball sub-state berth Friday night with a 62-51 victory over Wetmore.

The Seahawks will play Troy or Kansas School for the Deaf at 7:30 tonight for the regional title.

Bill Gibbs led Seabury with 14 points, and Reed Grabill and Skyler Malone scored 10 point apiece for the Seahawks. Kansas Fiori-Brown added eight.

With the victory, Seabury improved to 11-6 on the season.
