Pediatric dentist joins county clinic
The Douglas County Dental Clinic has a new pediatric dentist.
Dr. Michael Browning will begin seeing patients at the clinic, 316 Maine, on March 12. The nonprofit clinic serves low-income and uninsured patients.
Browning grew up in Winfield and graduated from Kansas State University in 2001. He graduated from dental school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry, in 2005. He served his two-year residency at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.
He worked in private practice in Fort Collins, Colo. In April he will open a private dentistry practice, Sunflower Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, in Topeka.
