Pullman, Wash. ? Washington State quarterback Marshall Lobbestael has been suspended from team activities after a weekend arrest in Pullman. Pullman police Cmdr. Chris Tennant said Tuesday that officers found the 19-year-old passed out, apparently from alcohol, in the passenger seat of a pickup truck at 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the police department parking lot.
