Solomon Horse Chief scored 19 points, Dominick Clichee and Dan Brown each had 12, and Clint Not Afraid added 10 as Haskell Indian Nations University’s men’s basketball team routed Peru State, 80-52, on Friday at Coffin Complex.

Haskell bolted to a 41-20 lead by halftime and shot 50.7 percent from the field.

D.J. Fish had nine of Haskell’s 31 rebounds.

Haskell women 74, Peru State 63

Justina George scored 17 points, and Maria Parker added 16 to lead Haskell’s women past Peru State at Coffin Complex.

Haskell forced 29 turnovers and made 13 steals.

Kortney Smith added 14 points, and Sharon Forte scored 11 for the Indians.

Haskell (13-7) will entertain College of St. Mary’s at 3 p.m. today.
