Milbank, S.D. ? Ottawa’s quest for a perfect American Legion baseball season came to an end Friday in a 5-2 loss to Lamoure, S.D., in the Legion AA Midwest Regional.

Ottawa won its first 44 games, but quickly fell behind Lamoure, 2-0, in the bottom of the first inning.

Chase Dengel doubled and drove in both Ottawa runs.
