Overland Park ? Free State High’s soccer team suffered a 3-2, double-overtime loss Tuesday at Shawnee Mission South.

Hannah Carlson gave the Firebirds (4-6-1) a 1-0 lead, but the Raiders tied it before halftime.

SM South pulled ahead, 2-1, but Caroline Mayhew evened the score to force overtime.

The Firebirds will travel today to Gardner-Edgerton in a makeup from Monday.
