The Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department and the Grassland Heritage Foundation will offer a native wildflower identification walk at 4 p.m. Sunday at Prairie Park Nature Center, 2730 Harper St.

The walk will follow a program at 2:30 p.m. on Landscaping with Native Plants by Jeff Hansen, former president of the Kansas Native Plant Society.

There is no cost to attend the walk or program.
