Eurotec owner buys two lots at Intech

Two vacant lots in a Eudora business park are under new ownership.

Chad Decker, the president and owner of Eurotec Vertical Flight Solutions, bought two lots adjacent to his business in the Intech Business Park, which is on the northern side of Kansas Highway 10.

Terms of the deal, announced Tuesday, were not disclosed.

Decker moved his company last year from Lawrence to Eudora to occupy a building that had been home to the administrative offices for M-Pact Worldwide.

Decker bought the vacant lots from former M-Pact owner Jim Martin and the late Leo Lauber, who approved the sale before his death Aug. 13, said Marilyn Bittenbender, a broker with Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, who worked on the deal.

Decker has no immediate plans for the vacant lots, Bittenbender said.
