Peairs has asked the government for a regular Army officer to be stationed at Haskell Institute to teach students regulation army drills and discipline. : Missouri University has signed a contract to play the Kansas-Missouri football game in Kansas City for the next five years. KU has not yet acted on the matter after the success of holding the game in St. Joseph, Mo., the past fall. However, KU is expected to agree to the return to Kansas City.
