College Station, Tex ? Two games into the season, Texas A&M coach Mike Sherman has another quarterback quandary. Senior Stephen McGee, who beat out sophomore Jerrod Johnson for the starting job in preseason practices, sprained his throwing shoulder on the sixth play of Saturday’s game against New Mexico.

McGee had an MRI exam on Monday and will sit out practices this week, Sherman said Monday. But Sherman hasn’t ruled out McGee returning in time to start the Aggies’ next game, against Miami on Sept. 20.
