Customer service director joins staff

Printing and publishing services provider Allen Press Inc., 810 E. 10th St., recently announced the addition of Dee Ann Berry to the company as director of customer service.

Berry will oversee the team of account managers who maintain frequent and direct contact with company clients.

Berry served as director of customer support for Remel Inc., Lenexa, a provider of laboratory diagnostic products. She has more than 25 years of experience in customer service and received a degree in medical technology from Kansas University.

Allen Press provides services such as content management, content delivery and association management and publishing services.
