Plat for apartment project approved
Work to rebuild the Boardwalk Apartments following a 2005 fire is progressing.
City commissioners unanimously approved a preliminary plat for the project. The project still has to win site plan approval, but developers hope to construct four new buildings that would house a total of 84 one bedroom apartments.
