Men’s golf takes 10th

October 29, 2008

— Behind the efforts of Andrew Storm's 70 and Nate Barbee's even-par 71, the Kansas University men's golf team wrapped up its fall season with a 10th-place finish Tuesday at the Baylor Intercollegiate at Royal Oaks Country Club.

Kansas improved on its second-round score by 16 strokes with a final-round 287. The Jayhawks finished in the top 10 in all four events during the fall.

Storm's round of 70 marked the best round of his Jayhawk career and vaulted him up 11 spots on the leaderboard to a 32nd-place finish.
