Norman, Okla. — No. 4 Oklahoma could be without starting wide receiver Manuel Johnson on Saturday against Kansas State.

Sooners coach Bob Stoops said Monday that Johnson dislocated his left elbow against Kansas on Saturday, and it's doubtful he'll play this week.
