Kanwaka FCE will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the home of Beverly Bourgue. The lesson will be “Everybody To The Table – It’s Time To Eat.” Mary James will present the lesson.

59ers FCE will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the home of Rachel Purvis, 1133 Cynthia St. Rosemary Cormer will present the lesson “Everybody To The Table – It’s Time To Eat.” Co-hostess will be Kathy Mulinazzi.

Douglas County FCE Council’s fall festival will be Friday in Building 21 at the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds.

The program “The History of Christmas Nativity Sets” will be presented by Joy Sodders and Khris Jump. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at noon. Everyone attending lunch should bring a salad to share and their own table service. The program will begin at 1 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public.
