Katie Moyer and Jake Coffman

David and Rebecca Moyer, Tyro, along with Danniel and Donna Coffman, Lawrence, announce the engagement of their children, Katie Moyer and Jake Coffman, both of Lawrence.

The future bride is a 2002 graduate of Caney Valley High School. She earned a journalism degree from Kansas University in 2006. She is studying for a Master of Business Administration degree at KU. She is a staff writer for KU Alumni Association.

The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Free State High School. He earned an economics degree from KU in 2006. He is an information specialist at KU.

The couple plan a June 28, 2009, wedding in Lawrence.
