Obama wants playoff

November 16, 2008

— It's not exactly at the top of his agenda, but President-elect Barack Obama says there should be a college football playoff to determine a national champion. In fact, he knows exactly what he wants - an eight-team playoff.

In an interview with "60 Minutes," Obama addresses a subject college football fans have debated for many years and says he will use his influence to create such a system.

Wow, whip, did you put on some blackface while you typed that tripe? At least we'll have a president with a brain who likely would have reasonable suggestions about a playoff system, rather than one who was once gifted ownership of a baseball team by daddy's cronies to help grease the skids for a few $million in corporate welfare.

Bigger fish to fry I think, like keepin' the country from falling into a depression. But really this is a politician trying to be all things to all people. Tell 'em what they want to hear then do something else.

Hey bozo, has it dawned on you that the president has a responsibility to work for the entire country and not waste his time on silliness that has no effect on the survival of this country? Every hour this clown spends on sports is an hour that should have been used to improve this country.

Whip, Perhaps you'd rather Obama spend his time joking about non-existent weapons of mass destruction like his predecessor did in the video below. You're simply using this topic to spread your hate toward Obama and the democratic process that elected him.
