KU swimming falls

? The No. 23 Kansas University swimming and diving team fell to No. 21 Missouri, 173.5-121.5, on Saturday. The Jayhawks (2-2) received strong performances from Danielle Herrmann and their relay teams.

Kansas opened the dual with a victory in the 200-yard medley relay. A team of Iuliia Kuzhil, Herrmann, Ashley Leidigh and Emily Lanteigne defeated the Tigers by just .06 seconds in a time of 1:43.94.

Herrmann secured a 100-yard breaststroke victory in a time of 1:02.93. Herrmann also went on to win the 200-yard breaststroke in a time of 2:18.76 and the 200-yard IM in a time of 2:04.41.
