See, the city considers using Neighborhood resources money for 1909 Kasold. Use the target neighborhood as whores and dress up the west side of town. They have no shame and folks east of Iowa wonder why the inner city looks like a slum.Who owns 1909 Kasold? Kinda like the several years ago that got rehabbed in Alvamar. Take from the poor and give to the rich. Obama's policy right at work in Lawrence. Use the five target neighborhoods as whores of the city. Get the federal money and use it elsewhere in the city..Not one of the city commissioners has the guts to question margene swarts on this matter and make change. Target neighborhood money needs to be used in the target neighborhoods. For 30 years now, the city started this whoring of the neighborhoods and the neighborhood groups are too stupid to realize what is going on.
