Ashburn, Va. ? Washington Redskins receiver Santana Moss was unable to practice again Friday because of a strained hamstring and will be a game-time decision Monday night against Pittsburgh.

Coach Jim Zorn had been optimistic all week that Moss would play, but the receiver’s third consecutive day of inactivity tempered expectations.
