Blue Plate Dinners available downtown

Blue Plate Dinners, a meal-assembly kitchen in northwest Lawrence, has expanded its reach by making its ready-to-cook meals available from Au Marche, a downtown shop.

Blue Plate Dinners, 4931 W. Sixth St., is owned by Lori Johns and Rachel Wydeven-Oliverius. The business prepares meals – from breakfast casseroles to baked spring rolls to shrimp pasta with spicy peanut sauce – that can be stored for future cooking at home.

Customers also can prepare their own meals in the Blue Plate Dinners kitchen.
