Fundraiser to benefit sexual violence victims
GaDuGi SafeCenter, Douglas County’s Rape Victim and Survivor Service Center, is collecting 1 million pennies as part of its Making Change fundraiser.
All donations to the challenge will help provide services to victims of sexual violence in Douglas County and surrounding areas.
Pennies can be donated at the GaDuGi SafeCenter office, 2518 Ridge Court, Suite 202, or at Capital City Banking centers in Lawrence, 740 N.H. and 4000 W. Sixth St. inside the Hy-Vee.
