Work starts this week at 19th, Louisiana
Road construction at the intersection of 19th and Louisiana streets will begin on Tuesday, and will last through August. Work includes lengthening the left turn lane on 19th Street east of Louisiana, construction of a center turn lane on 19th Street west of Louisiana to Alabama Street, and construction of a bus turnout lane on Louisiana south of 19th Street.
The intersection will close to through traffic on May 27.
