KU baseball wins second straight against Oklahoma

Kansas University’s baseball team rode another offensive outburst to victory over Oklahoma on Saturday at Hoglund Ballpark.

KU won, 13-10, a day after a wild 17-15 victory against the Sooners.

For the second night in a row, KU pounded out 16 hits. Outfielder John Allman was 4-for-5 with a double, a home run and two RBIs. Robby Price, Erik Morrison and Nick Faunce also homered for the Jayhawks.

Shaeffer Hall (4-2) earned the win, which vaulted Kansas into seventh place in the Big 12 Conference.

KU will look to complete the three-game sweep at 1 p.m. today at Hoglund Ballpark.
