Boulder, Colo. ? Police in Boulder say they have arrested University of Colorado football player Lynn Katoa for investigation of second-degree assault on another CU student. The 18-year-old was being held on bail of $5,000 Friday. He was a 2008 signee but already has enrolled in Colorado. Police say the fight happened at an off-campus party at an apartment Feb. 16.
