NU player enters no plea

? Nebraska football player Andy Christensen enters no plea at his arraignment on a charge of first-degree sexual assault.

Christensen and his attorney, Bob Creager, were given until April 10 to decide whether they will request a preliminary hearing.

Judge Gerald Rouse also agreed Thursday to lower Christensen’s bail to $300,000 from $500,000. Christensen’s family paid 10 percent, or $50,000, for the senior offensive lineman to be released from Lancaster County Jail on Tuesday.

Christensen was arrested early Saturday outside the Brass Rail bar in downtown Lincoln. He’s accused of molesting a 23-year-old woman at the bar.
