March 7, 2008

— Two figures in Kansas State football are the subjects of separate civil lawsuits.

A man claiming to be the agent for head coach Ron Prince filed suit Feb. 21 in Riley County District Court claiming that Prince reneged on $67,500 in payments to him. The lawsuit was filed by Florida-based Executive Sports Management (ESM) and Barry Terranova, who heads up ESM's coaching division.

Former assistant coach Raheem Morris also is facing a civil suit, this one filed Feb. 26 by K-State claiming that Morris owes the school $106,646 for breach of contract due to early resignation.
