Ardmore, Okla. ? University of Oklahoma regents approved raises on Wednesday for athletic director Joe Castiglione and men’s basketball coach Jeff Capel. Capel received a two-year contract extension through July 2014 and had his annual guaranteed compensation go up by $300,000 to $1.05 million, with the raise retroactive to May 1.
