The Lawrence Raiders baseball team defeated Dodge City, 9-1, on Sunday to win the consolation championship of the Al Ice Woodbat Classic at Ice Field.

Lawrence used a seven-run first inning and stole eight bases in the victory.

The Raiders (11-6) are scheduled to meet the Topeka Capitals in a 6 p.m. twinbill Tuesday at Ice Field.
