Kourtney Foley, a ninth-grade student at Perry-Lecompton High, has earned a position on the Kansas State High School Rodeo Team and will travel with teammates to Farmington, N.M. from July 20-26 to compete at the 60th Annual National High School Finals Rodeo in the pole bending competition.
