Developer granted delay in housing vote
City commissioners have removed from their agenda tonight a plan for a 42-acre housing development near 13th and Iowa streets.
The developer for the project has requested a two-week deferral of the rezoning and other related requests for the development, which is dubbed University Park.
The project had drawn opposition from several neighbors in the area.
