Here is the workout for today's Red Dog's Dog Days at noon and 6 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
15 Jumping Jacks
15 Toe Touches
15 Volleyball Jumps
15 Touch alternate toes
15 Push Ups
15 Mountain Climbs
15 Left & Right Leg ups
15 Leg ups
30 full sit ups with partner
Down Illinois St to 9th to Emery left on University Dr, left to West Campus around to Memorial Drive left to JRP steps, down around to North end of stadium & up slope to stadium.
Dog Days, a free community workout, is at 6 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Memorial Stadium, and 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Saturdays at the Lied Center.

sounds like a good one today. i had to miss last night and i didn't see yesterdays workout posted. what was it? just curious what i missed. i have to go everyday at least once to earn the shirt, but i'm so happy i will be accomplishing this.looking forward to tonights workout :)

Yesterday we ran up the JRP, down by Potter's lake, and then the Campenile hill four times. Then, back home. It was a good one.

thanks jonathan :) everyone i talk to thinks i'm crazy for wanting to see the workout, they think it would make them not want to come. i think it helps me get ready for what every red dog has prepared.
