Here is the workout for today’s Red Dog’s Dog Days at noon and 6 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.

Stretch

30 jumping Jacks

10 toe touches

10 half squats

10 alternating toe touches

10 full squats

Jog 100 yards forward

Jog 100 yards backward

High step 50 yards, jog 50 yards

Side shuffle 30 yards, switch side shuffle 30 yards, skip 40 yards

Sprint 120 yards and do push-ups seven narrow, seven regular, seven wide

Jog four laps, last lap sprint 110 yards of last lap

Dog Days, a free community workout, is at 6 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Memorial Stadium, and 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Saturdays at the Lied Center.
