Wichita ? Kansas University junior golfer Patrick Roth fell to Wichita State’s Cameron Bishop, 4-and-3, in the finals of the Kansas Amateur Match Play Championship on Sunday at Wichita Country Club.

Roth, seeded 20th, advanced to the 36-hole championship with a 1-up victory over fifth-seeded Kenneth Wright in a quarterfinal and a 2-and-1 victory over No. 8-seeded Aaron Sheaks in a semifinal on Saturday.
