usually after someone speaks we get to stretch out a little more. this is during the evening sessions. i can't believe i'm half way to getting the shirt!:) i'm glad we've had a breeze the past couple of days. looking forward to tonights workout.

First you get people's hearts going with jumping jacks and push ups. Then you bring their pulse to a grinding halt by forcing them to listen to Old Whistleteeth. Then you expect them to run stairs? That's harsh.

i don't mind them either, but i haven't been today so i let you know tomorrow. i think that's why people like to know what the workout is going to be so they can get started with it before stretches. oh well, i still am enjoying my first year and plan on continuing.

I love Dog Days, but I could do without the speakers.

the evening workout was great. hank did talk, but red dog had him talk before we stretched. we actually did all of the workout. bleachers than steps. i'm sore, but the pool will feel great !!!! Thanks Red Dog, Bev and all who help out.

gee, nobody beefing about the use of the stadium? nobody beefing about the sweaty participants going downtown...only a few beefs about Hank speaking? what's wrong...I can't take it! somebody, anybody start the beefing! ***seriously, dancemom, congrats, keep at it! those 10-lbs are just the beginning. I exercise independently, tied to recovery from a serious health problem. at first, its hard to stick to, but then you feel so good, you can't stop! soon, your kids will notice the difference. then, men will notice too. good job, you and all the rest! keep dancing.

dancemom - yes, this is my first season, and i too have lost quite a bit of weight. :) i go every morning, and do two-a-days on Tues/Thurs. it's a great program. i'm not quite sure what i'll do once this ends in a few weeks ... i'll have to find a way to keep myself motivated.
