College age and under - line up on center of field then run up east steps to the top every step, then back to center of field, run up the steps to the top every other step.
Adults - four bleachers.
Everyone finish with 2 laps.
Dog Days, a free community workout, is at 6 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Memorial Stadium, and 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Saturdays at the Lied Center.
