Here is the workout for today’s Red Dog’s Dog Days at noon and 6 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.

Stretch

11 jumping jacks

11 push ups

11 toe touches

11 mountain climbs

Bob Frederick Run: One lap in the stadium, up west sidewalk to Campanile, across street up steps at Spencer Research Library, down east sidewalk around track and back up the same route and down, around track to the scoreboard.

25 bent-leg sit ups on field.

Dog Days, a free community workout, is at 6 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Memorial Stadium, and 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Saturdays at the Lied Center.
