Here is the workout for tonight’s Red Dog’s Dog Days

Red Dog’s Dog Days participants at the 6 p.m. workout tonight at Memorial Stadium will do this routine:

Stretch

15 jumping jacks

15 toe touches

15 halfsquats

Two laps

11 jumping jacks

11 toe touches

11 full squats

11 volley ball jumps

11 side bends

Women – on the field

Skip

Backwards high step

Legs up touch hands

Backward fast

Lunge three-quarter way then sprint

Run one-quarter way then sprint

Men – on the track

Half lap with 15 crunches

Half lap with 15 dogs

Half lap with 15 push-ups

100-yard sprint

Men and women switch.

Dog Days, a free community workout, is at 6 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Memorial Stadium, and 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Saturdays at the Lied Center.
