The next meeting of the Lawrence Apple Users’ Group 2.0, “Set Your iPod Free,” will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 6 in the community room at Signs of Life bookstore, 722 Mass.

The meeting aims to cover things people can do with their iPods other than simply play music. Options include backing up a computer, doing presentations and recording notes.

The is no charge to attend club meetings and questions are welcome, even if they aren’t about the topic scheduled for discussion.
