New York ? Boston coach Doc Rivers clinched the right to coach in the All-Star game with the Celtics’ 109-93 victory over the New York Knicks on Monday. That improved the NBA’s best record to 33-6 and guaranteed the Celtics will have the best winning percentage in the Eastern Conference through games of Feb. 3. Rivers and his staff will lead the East team in New Orleans two weeks later.
