Terry Rombeck has been named to the Journal-World’s newly created position of features and special sections editor.

Rombeck, who has been a staff writer at the Journal-World since 2001, will lead production of the Pulse section, which includes coverage of arts, entertainment, lifestyles, faith, food and other topics.

He also will be in charge of special sections, including the annual Progress edition and KU Today.

Rombeck, a graduate of Wichita State University, will work closely with Christy Little, who has moved to the position of assistant features and special sections editor, and Jon Niccum, who remains entertainment editor. Share your story ideas with Rombeck at 832-7145, or trombeck@ljworld.com.
