Kansas City, Mo. ? The Kansas City Royals announced Wednesday they have agreed to terms on one-year contracts with six pitchers and shortstop Tony Pena Jr.

The pitchers were right-handers Ryan Braun, Kyle Davies, Leo Nunez, Joel Peralta, Carlos Rosa and Joakim Soria.

Terms were not announced. All players who were eligible for arbitration already were signed.
