Artist Tim Forcade will give a talk,”Starting with Orchids,” in conjunction with his latest exhibit, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Wink Eyewear, 806 Mass.

According to his Web site, Forcade has more than 30 years of experience as a painter, photographer and designer, with much of that time devoted to the study and application of art and technology.

His work has appeared in numerous exhibits and publications – most recently at the Denver International Airport, the Center for Fine Art Photography (Fort Collins, Colo.) and in Popular Photography magazine.
