Paris propels Oklahoma past K-State, 68-65

? Courtney Paris scored 19 of her 27 points in the second half, and No. 11 Oklahoma rallied from a dismal start to beat No. 15 Kansas State, 68-65, Wednesday night.

Paris also had 10 rebounds for her 85th straight double-double, and twin sister Ashley had 16 points and 12 rebounds for Oklahoma, which has won 23 straight against the Big 12 North. Danielle Robinson added 12 points and the Sooners shot 51 percent to beat Kansas State for the fifth straight time.

Kansas State (18-7, 10-2) jumped out to a 10-point first-half lead, watched it dissipate quickly with poor shooting in the second, then clawed its way back to make it close down the stretch.

No. 16 Oklahoma State 71, Texas 66

Stillwater, Okla. – Andrea Riley scored 10 of her 21 points in the final two minutes, and Oklahoma State held off a late rally to beat Texas.

Rileyhit all six of her free throws and added a pair of layups in crunch time as the Cowgirls let the Longhorns cut a 15-point deficit to three before closing out the victory.

No. 21 Texas A&M 60, Iowa State 46

College Station, Texas – Danielle Gant scored 22 points to lead Texas A&M over Iowa State and give coach Gary Blair his 500th career victory. The Aggies have won six of seven leading up to Saturday’s meeting with rival Texas.

Texas A&M (19-7, 7-5 Big 12) took a commanding lead midway through the first half.
